• NYC’s median rent has climbed to $3,599/month, leaving thousands unable to keep up.

• Nearly 13,000 residential evictions were carried out in NYC in the first eight months of 2025 alone

• Evictions are the leading cause of homelessness across New Jersey.These are the neighbors who rely most heavily on our mobile outreaches that include food, clothing, hygiene kits, and connection with our Guest Services team that can help them find a pathway toward stability.
